Incredible service.  Arrived on time.  Polite. Asked questions before starting to determine the proper remedy.  Very neat.  Cleaned up after work was completed.  Explained everything they did.  Final bill was the amount quoted.  Highly recommended.  Excellent service

This was the first time that I used this company and was very satisfied with their service. They were very nice when I set up an appointment, and gave me one that easily fit into my schedule. They called on the day of the appointment and arrived punctually. Lenny the technician was amiable and competent. I thought their charges were fair. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them.

"What a great team!"

What a great team! I was recommended to use these guys by a plumber that couldn't help me. He said, "If I wasn't a plumber these would be the only guys in my house." He was right!
They did a complete boiler and water heater. We ran into a couple of issues. They wouldn't let it go and we're right there with me the whole way. No extra fees or charges. They stood by they're work. That alone is worth everything I paid.
When I was quoted for the job I received a typed estimate with every
part of the job and price laid out clearly, including taxes and fees, with options for doing the job at different price points. When they finished I paid exactly what I was quoted.
From start to finish these guys, including the ladies in the office, were great. Professional, transparent and quality work. I have already had them back to fix different things in the house. Nobody else will be coming in my house! Thank you for the great job.

"We hired them because they're the professionals"

We needed to replace the tub spout which seems simple enough.  But this one was stuck so tight I wasn't sure if I would break it or whether I even had the type of spout that screws on or uses a set screw.  OrderAPlumber is one of the few companies that even returned my call.  They came quickly and showed when expected BUT I was disappointed when the "kid" showed up and didn't have a tub spout on his truck.  He told me he would have someone call  to schedule a new appointment with the proper spout.  So I had to wait another week.  I would expect these guys to be prepared, especially when I told them what the issue was before they came.  I was also concerned when the kid said that it was a spout that uses a set screw and he suggested that they change it to the 'screw-on' type.  I later learned that he was wrong.  The company should do a better job at hiring "kids" that know what they're doing and what they're talking about.  This is the only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating.

Having said all that, when the next guy finally came, he knew what to do and which type of spout to use and had it fixed quickly.  I don't recall his name but he was nice, professional and did a good job.

Plumbers, like a lot of contractors, are never cheap.  So I expected to pay more than if I had done it myself.  But we hired them because they're the professionals and I'm not.  I'm happy with the final work and I would recommend them again.

Today Paul came because our sewage pipes backed up into bathroom. He was very professional, came exactly when he said he would and completed the repair in less than an hour. As a woman I appreciated him explaining and showing me the problem and not price gouging me for a same day repair. I will definitely call them again next time I have a plumbing concern.
